Registration filing

New or existing registration renewals are completed online prior to lobbying activity occurring each fiscal year July 1 - June 30. Renewals are completed through your existing lobbyist account.

Termination report

Can be filed anytime after registering if lobbying activity has concluded for the fiscal year.

Prior to or upon termination you must still file your annual cumulative report separate from all other monthly disclosure reports - on or before 11:59 PM on July 15th each year!

Monthly disclosure reports

Monthly disclosure reports are due the 15th of the month following the activity month.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday reports are due the next business day after the weekend or holiday.

• July - due Friday, August 15, 2025
• August - due Monday, September 15, 2025
• September - due Wednesday, October 15, 2025
• October - due Monday, November 17, 2025
• November - due Monday, December 15, 2025
• December - due Thursday, January 15, 2026
• January - due Tuesday, February 17, 2026
• February - due Monday, March 16, 2026
• March - due Wednesday, April 15, 2026
• April - due Friday, May 15, 2026
• May - due Monday, June 15, 2026
• June - due Wednesday, July 15, 2026

Separate cumulative disclosure report due Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Penalties and late fees

1-10 days late - $20 per day until the report is filed

11 or more days late - $20 per day for the first 10 days and then $50 per day beginning on the 11th day until the report is filed
