Search Your case will be heard and decided by an impartial Hearing Officer. The impartial Hearing Officer hears many types of cases that arise in the Elections and Business & Licensing Divisions within the Department of State.
What we do

- Other complaints filed by a division of the Department for which there is statutory authority
