The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes prohibiting state and local governments from banning or restricting products or service connections based on the energy source in common use that powers or fuels the product or service connection unless the ban or restriction is a health or safety restriction of the international building code or in the case of a public safety emergency.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
