The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes requiring an employer to have just cause to discharge or suspend an employee, and, in connection therewith, requiring an employer to provide, within 7 days, notice of and the grounds for the discharge or suspension of an employee; allowing an employee discharged or suspended without just cause to file a civil action within 180 days of notice; and specifying the relief that may be obtained.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
