The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado Constitution replacing “United States of America” with “State of Colorado”, and, in connection therewith, directing the revisor of statutes to replace “United States of America” with “State of Colorado” in statutes passed before this act and replacing “United States of America” with “State of Colorado” in the Colorado Constitution in relation to property leases.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Single subject approved; titles changed; titles set (3-0).
The Board determined that the proposed initiative requires the addition of language to the Colorado Constitution. The requirement for approval by fifty-five percent of the votes cast applies to this initiative.
