The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado Constitution concerning immigration to Colorado, and, in connection therewith, granting anyone the right to enter and stay in Colorado for as long as they want, and establishing protection from discrimination on the basis of citizenship or visa status.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Single subject approved; titles set (3-0).
The Board determined that the proposed initiative requires the addition of language to the Colorado Constitution. The requirement for approval by fifty-five percent of the votes cast applies to this initiative.
