The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes changing the charter school application process to increase charter schools, and, in connection therewith, if a local school district denies the charter school’s application, the charter school applicant is no longer limited to appealing to the state board of education but instead may apply to the state charter school institute for a state charter.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
