The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning sentencing for sexual offenses against children, and, in connection therewith, modifying existing law regarding sentencing for a person convicted of certain sexual offenses against children including prohibiting probation and requiring a mandatory minimum sentence, and adding certain sexual offenses against children to the list of statutory crime of violence offenses.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
