The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes creating new law to increase conservation funding without raising taxes by dedicating state sales tax revenue from sporting goods and equipment, and, in connection therewith, allowing the state to keep and spend a portion of revenue from the state sales tax on sporting goods and equipment as a voter-approved revenue change, requiring that the revenue be used for water and land conservation, wildfire prevention, protection of parks, wildlife, and open space, to support outdoor recreation, worker training, outdoor activities for youth and families, and reducing revenue spent on these conservation purposes if necessary to preserve funding for certain tax credits and local government reimbursements.
