Notes
- Small-Scale Issue Committees (SSIC) are not required to file disclosure reports until they exceed $5,000 in activity. For more details, please review 1-45-108(1.5) and (2), C.R.S.
- 24-hour notice of major contributor report period starts 30 days (October 5, 2025) before the Biennial School Board election and concludes the day before the election. Reports are due within 24 hours of receiving a major contribution. Applies to Issue Committees whether they are or are not participating in the election.
