2025 County frequent filing calendar (PDF)

Coordinated Election: Tuesday, November 4, 2025

This calendar applies to (refer to Campaign Finance Rule 17):

• Issue committees whose issue attempts access to or appears on the November 4, 2025 Coordinated / Biennial Election ballot.

Any county candidate, party, or committee, except for Issue Committees, participating in the November 4, 2025 Biennial School Election must file disclosure reports according to the 2025 Campaign and Political Finance Biennial School Election filing calendar. You must notify Campaign Finance Support to update your filing schedule immediately upon participating.

October 31, 2025	October 10, 2025, through October 26, 2025
December 9, 2025	October 27, 2025, through December 4, 2025

Notes

• Small-Scale Issue Committees are not required to file disclosure reports until they exceed $5,000 in activity. For more details, please review Colorado Revised Statue 1-45-108(1.5) and (2).
• 24-hour notice of major contributor report period starts 30 days (October 5, 2025) before the Biennial School Board Election and concludes the day before the election. Reports are due within 24 hours of receiving a major contribution. Applies to Issue Committees whether they are or are not participating in the election.
