Yes. You can amend a solicitation notice that is already on file with our office.

Is there a fee for filing an amendment?

No. Amending a solicitation notice is free.

How do I amend a solicitation notice?

• Log in to your account with your user ID and password. Need help logging in?

• Click on "Solicitation Notices & Campaign Reports".

• A list of each filed document will be displayed. Locate the solicitation notice that you need to amend, then click on the "Amend" link next to it.

• Remember that every campaign must have a new solicitation notice filed for it; you cannot amend a previously filed notice to include a new campaign.
