How do I become a notary?

1. Make sure that you are qualified.
2. Attend the state-approved notary training.
3. Complete online notary testing.
4. Read the current notary law - Title 24 Article 21 Part 5, Colorado Revised Statutes
5. Go to our application system and follow the instructions.

What happens after I submit my application?

Watch your email (and junk email folder) for a message with your notary ID and temporary password.

We will send you another email when your application has been processed.
